Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, message, travel details, contact number and any driving-licence information you choose to provide, together with the page path, IP address, browser user agent, and submission time needed to respond to your request and protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to reply to travel requests, prepare campervan rental quotes, provide customer support, improve the website, and prevent spam or misuse.

Conversion analytics

We use a temporary anonymous session reference to measure page visits, consultation form interactions, and successful enquiries. Advertising parameters such as UTM values and Google click identifiers may be retained with these events so we can understand which campaigns generate enquiries.

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, device categories, and interactions in aggregate. Google may use measurement cookies or similar technologies where permitted.

When Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google may receive successful-enquiry and WhatsApp contact-click events so we can measure advertising performance.

Cookie choices

Optional analytics and advertising storage is disabled by default. You can accept, reject, or separately manage these categories in the cookie notice. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Essential storage used to remember your privacy preference remains active.

Storage

Enquiries and anonymous conversion events are stored in Cloudflare D1. We keep records only as long as needed for customer service, website analysis, operational records, and basic abuse prevention.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share enquiry details only with service providers or travel operations partners when necessary to answer your request or arrange the service you asked about.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete enquiry information by emailing rvgo2066@gmail.com.
